Following Rhino-Turf’s recent breakthrough project in supplying London Irish with a full pitch for their new training ground in Sunbury on Thames comes the exciting news from the bi-annual FSB trade show in Cologne that their supplier of turf – CCGrass of Nanjing in China, the world’s largest producer of artificial turf, has achieved FIFA accreditation – one of only nine suppliers in the world to do so.
This is another step forward towards Rhino-Turf's ambitions for IRB accreditation for rugby pitches. Rhino-Turf MD Jonathan Gallagher commented: “This is fantastic news for CCGrass who are the exclusive suppliers of Rhino-Turf for the world of sport. We hope now to kick on from this and make the most of this new status, in addition to supporting their efforts to achieve the same status in the world of rugby”.
