How are Lifetime points different from current points?
Your current points are your spendable balance. Your Lifetime Points are the total you've earned in a year and are used to calculate your VIP tier.
Can I earn points on all purchases?
Yes – including bespoke and teamwear orders.
Can I spend points on all items?
No – you can’t redeem points on bespoke or teamwear items.
Do my points expire?
Yes — points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We’ll send you reminders before they expire.
What counts towards Lifetime Points?
Lifetime Points include all points earned in the year — including those you’ve spent — and determine your VIP tier.
Can I use points on bespoke or teamwear orders?
You can earn points on bespoke/teamwear items, but you cannot redeem points on those orders.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return part or all of an order, points earned from that product will be deducted from your account accordingly.
How is my VIP tier affected if I spend or lose points?
Your VIP tier is based on Lifetime Points, so even if you redeem or lose current points, your tier remains based on total earned in the year.
