Firstly we would like to apologise for the delay and unfortunately we have encountered some challenges over the last few months, which has meant personalised/bespoke club and university online orders are taking longer than usual to process. We are currently in unprecedented times and we want to be honest with you as our customer. We weren’t sure when things were going to return to “normal” and once they did, we received a lot more orders than we estimated. This is understandable as a lot of people held off ordering their kit during the pandemic and particularly when sport was not being played. We were not able to foresee exactly when these orders would start coming in, and we could not increase our production overnight. We understand how frustrating these delays are, but these are sadly currently unavoidable.


We also apologise that you had to contact us, we do not currently have a way to email everyone at once, this is mostly to do with GDPR, but we are looking into this at present. In the meantime, we are slowly working through emailing everyone individually, but this is a huge task. So if you have not heard from us as yet, we sincerely apologise. Rest assured your order is being processed and we will get it to you as quickly as possible. We have experienced staff shortages since the New Year due to COVID, but hopefully that will improve over the coming weeks and months.


Due to the volume of orders currently in the system, we are unable to give exact delivery dates at present. We are working towards getting all late orders despatched before Mid-April, but some orders might take until the end of April, at the very latest. Thank you for your patience during these very challenging times. We understand your disappointment, but unfortunately we were not able to foresee the full extent of the difficult circumstances we are currently facing when your order was placed, which has now caused the delay you are experiencing. Once again we apologise and thank you for your patience.
